A $50 nonrefundable booking retainer and a valid card on file are required to secure all appointments. Your retainer will be applied toward your remaining service balance. Appointments may be rescheduled one time with at least 48 hours’ notice, and the retainer will transfer to the new appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of the booking retainer. A new retainer will be required to book another appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total, minus the retainer already paid.
